Submission:	Applicants must submit one (1) electronic copy and two (2) hard copies of this Application Form. Proposals must be submitted in BOTH hard copy and electronic copy before the deadline. Proposals shall be deemed to have been made on the date of mailing marked on the receipt (hard copy), and on the date the email was transmitted (electronic copy).

Through the Social Pioneers category, DotAsia seeks to reach out to NGO (Non-Government Organisations), NPOs (Non-Profit Organisations), geographical indications and other social enterprises and initiatives to offer to them an opportunity to leverage the new .Asia domain to further their cause in Asia.

NOTE: Marketing Commitment Deposit is NOT required for Social Pioneers. Domain names already proposed in the previous 3 categories and ones successfully applied for through the .ASIA Sunrise process will not be available for Celebrity Pioneer and Social Pioneer categories.
